edit: looks like a BLU-109 rather than a non-penetrating 2,000 pounder like a Mk 84 fitted with a GBU-31, right? the civvies would be fine if that was a BLU-109 but I think a 2,000 pound JDAM would have been much more devestating if it wasn’t designed to penetrate.
I wonder if someone still think that was the hostages and the 7th worth. I doubt it.

What does a pre bomb drop warning look like? Do they broadcast it somehow? Or big speakers or just some preemptive fly overs?
