  5. He didn’t, not directly. He put them in a group chat the journalist was mistakenly added to, that never should have existed bc group chats are not where war plans are made or delivered. Is there a discernable difference? No.

  24. He denied what the NSC spokesman just confirmed? Hegseth even went as far as saying that the journalist made it all up! The journalist didn’t publish the full signal exchanges because revealing such sensitive info will earn him jail time.

    Hegseth needs to resign now.

  26. Deny, deny, deny, blame someone else. And Trump said he didn’t know anything about it. AND they were using Signal so they could ignore the law that requires them to retain documents and communications. This is an egregious breach of national security. What if the Iranians had intercepted this? Whether Hegseth did it or not – he was in charge and somehow the journalist was included in the chat. He should resign immediately and be charged with treason. And Trump should be 25th immediately if he doesn’t know what is going on. And Johnson should not be able to sweep tis under the rug and change the narrative.

    I would love to comment on the Houthi campaign because of the skill and courage of our troops. I’ve monitored it very closely from the beginning, and you see, we’ve been managing four years of deferred maintenance under the Trump administration [sic]. Our troops, our sailors were getting shot at as targets. Our ships couldn’t sail through. And when they did shoot back, it was purely defensively or at shacks in Yemen.     What the hell was that answer? Any other administration this guy is gone by tomorrow followed by an investigation.

    So we have the sec def stating that it’s all a lie and that the reporter is making it all up and he peddles in garbage and he’s a garbage person…

    And then we have the NSC apparently confirming that it’s true and it did happen as the reporter has said it did.
