As with Johnson’s new hospitals, it is all a lot of hot air and promises that will never materialise or that will not materialise in the way the public would hope for. It’s great PR for the Tories and it makes them seem proactive with respect to the issue people have seeing their GP face to face. I suspect they hope people will not remember such a promise by the time the project fails to appear.
