It was actually NSA Micheal Waltz who added the reporter to the group. Hegseth, Vance, Tulsi, Rubio, and others are only guilty of being too incompetent to question why an unknown number was added or why the conversation was being had on Signal.
The real problem is not accidentally including a reporter. The real problem is that the could accidentally include a reporter, because they did it on a commercial platform that is likely compromised by foreign intelligence agencies.
Even worse was the NSA director was included in the group. The guy in charge of signals intelligence.
These people are the absolute worst of us. Their intentions for election to their positions were in no way altruistic to serve the people’s will whatsoever. This is the natural evolution of democracy when the ideals of peace, liberty and justice have been corrupted and abandoned.
We are entering the raping and pillaging phase. God help us.
Then he denied it and attacked the reporter. But someone forgot to include Mike Johnson on the group chat that he’s supposed to lie about it because he was on TV this morning saying it happened. Wooops.

This is not exactly what happened. Someone else started a text chain that included Hegseth and a reporter. Then everyone in that text chain started texting top secret war plans and the reporter was just like WTF?
