My wife is looking for job and Agentur für Arbeit has given her this B2 Berichtigung recommending her to improve her German. When she went to register at a language school, they said the Berichtigung says she is already working. We translated this using translator and we don’t see anywhere in the certificate that she is working. Does anyone feel something says in this paper as she is working? Because of this, her registration at the language school is not done. The cross mark at „Kostenbeitragpflicht“ means we will share a part of the cost of the course according to Agentur für Arbeit and as per the condition mentioned on the same page at the bottom. It was like how we did for her B1 but this cross mark doesn’t make her look like she is working. Or does it?

  1. The box on the left side next to „Kostenbeitragspflicht“ says: Art der Beschäftigung: Keine Beschäftigung.
    That means: type of employment: no employment.

    That school should probably check the document again, it clearly states that your wife has no work

  4. I mean it literally says that you’re not working under “Art der Beschäftigung”. So unless there’s something off about your Aufenhaltsstatus, like it says you have a working visa or something, the receptionist is probably just misunderstanding something. On the off chance that they think taking a Berufssprachkurs means you already have a job, read them this line from the Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge website,“In den Integrationskursen lernen Zugewanderte die deutsche Alltagssprache. In den Berufssprachkursen werden arbeitssuchende oder beschäftigte Migranten und Flüchtlinge mit berufsbezogenen Deutschkenntnissen kontinuierlich auf den Arbeitsmarkt vorbereitet.”

  5. On the bottom left it says “Art der Beschäftigung: Keine Beschäftigung” which means “type of employment: no employment”. As far as i can see there is nothing else that would indicate that she is currently employed.

  6. I mean it’s a Paper that you must give it to the School ( where u do ur b2 course) with this paper the course is free. It’s like coupon for u to give it to the school
