7. obviously delighted with this if true.

   What is criminal is the fact that Europe and I include my country of birth in that (UK) massively underestimated the negative sentiment towards Europe and Ukraine in particular from this Trump administration. I think that represents a massive failure because at the very least we could have gone a long way to prepare for this.

8. They should move ahead and start replacement. Then without any warning turn off starlink.
