  2. Bottom line no one should be using Signal for official business and to say that it hinders any communication is a bold face lie. I work IT for the DoD and there are options available for any user to communicate over an approved government supplied device. Teams on devices is secure to communicate non classified information and in the event you want to discuss classified or view it there are SIPR mobile devices that will allow it. The only reason they aren’t using government device is because there is records requirements for these types of communications that they want to bypass.

There’s a lot of articles flying around talking about how the Yemen strikes were foolishly advertised to The Atlantic journalist, but the far more important thing to talk about is whether or not the Houthis are morally right to attack ships in the Red sea. The Houthis are trying to defend the Palestinians from genocide:

    Reading the above, we can see that there is a lot of collateral damage from the Houthi attacks, and that the UN Security Council has condemned the attacks. But the UN Security Council has also condemned Israel’s invasion of Palestine (750,000 Israelis have invaded Palestine since 1967), but the Israelis and the US have just ignored that.

    America’s ally, Israel, is slaughtering civilians by the thousands in Gaza. They’ve been accused of genocidal acts by all the world’s major human rights groups and even Pope Francis.

    I don’t think anyone watching the slaughter and ethnic cleansing of Gaza can truly say the Houthis are totally wrong to do what they are doing.

    Meanwhile, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK, Spain, Switzerland and many other countries have said they will arrest Israel’s leader, Netanyahu, if he enters their countries.

    US support for Israel is immoral. Since 1967, the US has helped the Israelis invade Palestinian territory with over 750,000 people in violation of international law. My fellow Americans have helped the Israelis kill 150,000 Arabs over this time and this has been evil on our part. The entire conflict’s root cause has been deliberately misrepresented to the US public for more than 75 years.

    US policy regarding Israel led to the 9/11 attacks, the $ 8 trillion war on terror (the wealth equivalent of 20 million homes), and the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.
