ZAGREB (Croatia), March 26 (SeeNews) – Croatian pharmaceuticals distributor Medika Group [ZSE:MDKA] said it has proposed to its shareholders to skip dividend distribution this year.
The company’s management is proposing to retain the entire net profit of 15.3 million euro ($16.5 million) reported for 2024, it said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse last week.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal on May 5.
Last year, the company paid out a dividend of 200 euro per share out of its retained profit from previous years. Its net profit of almost 15 million euro for 2023 was retained.
Medika’s shares last traded on March 25 on the Zagreb bourse, ending flat at 5,550 euro.
