  1. The argument is that because he’s an alcoholic and alcohol is illegal in his home country he would not be able to access a proper treatment for his addiction and it would further his suffering which is in breach of the ECHR.

  6. What is wrong with judges in the UK, surely the way the laws are worded is not leading them to making these kinds of bizarre decisions.

  7. A migrant convicted of any serious sexual or violent crime should be automatically deported and banned from ever settling back in the UK, if they are a refugee then their status should be stripped from the immediately.

    We need far more sensible laws around this and to stop the ideological judges from essentially subverting our democracy and forcing the UK to keep criminal migrants here.
