  1. I don’t know how any country could trust the states right now. Well maybe Russia can.

  2. We seriously need to move away from our dependence on US intelligence. Closer links with France perhaps?

  3. Tell the US nothing. To do so would put your life at risk. We are in the danger zone and it will take a long time to recover. There is something wrong with Trump.

  4. Even before this i was making the point that if your an allied state sharing sensitive intelligence with the Trump administration your going to have to do it all through a filter of “are we happy if this is leaked or shared with the Russians”

I think that most allied states are just going to have to tighten up those filters a bit after this.

  5. I think It’s safe to say any secrets going to the Trump admin are being shared for money.

  6. Trump is destroying America in ways his supporters are too ignorant to comprehend.

  7. After his first term, everyone knew Trump was a clear and present danger. With this, his entire administration is as well. These people don’t give anything the considerations that things deserve, so why would anyone trust them with critical information related to security?

  8. Now America’s allies can admit it.

Trump’s cabinet was chosen for it’s incompetence. Everyone has to be at least as stupid as Trump. Their main quality is subservience to Trump.

  9. It was less than a month ago trumps team wanted to boot Canada out of five eyes……how’s that going Donnie??

  10. US “intelligence”, at least in the government, is at an all-time low.

  11. Sorry world, we have bad intelligence, very bad intelligence.

  12. Do not share any intelligence with them if you don’t want it to be compromised and immediately sent to Putin.

  13. Ever since trumps first term, it hasal bene certain that allies have withheld some information. Unsure about the Biden administration but guaranteed both then and trumps current reign will have intelligence sharing limited. Allies probably aren’t openly stating that but I’m pretty confident certain information they in the past would have shared will now be kept close to their chest for obvious reasons.

  14. Do not trust the US with any intelligence, they will just hand it over to the Russians

  15. Why send them anything ? You are only put your own in danger. If it was not evident before it sure is now.

  16. Hey UK, any info you now share with the U.S. is then going to be shared unconditionally with Russia. Just something to think about folks.

  17. As a Brit, I wish both the US and UK would stop with the whole special relationship nonsense, it’s freaking nauseating and embarassing.

  18. Putin is laughing his ass off right now. Things can’t go more well for him than they are now.

  19. I suppose all the seasoned advisors that knew what they were doing have been sacked due to gov waste. Now its just an Administration of self important clowns running a circus.

  20. The orange menace already made our intelligence services dumb. Now he’s making them deaf as well.

  21. Intentional misinformation should be given to the US. Sit back and wait to see where it pops up.

  22. Isolationism has been tried in America twice in the last 150 years, both times ending in World Wars. For those who scream “America First”, this is what your “enemies” (insert whatever enemy is currently in MAGA vogue) meant by the loss of soft power.

Don’t worry, though. Keep navel gazing whilst the pickpockets feast.

  23. How much is being sent to Putin, I guess we wouldn’t know unless a reporter is invited to the US/Russian chat group!

  24. I guarantee that Russia has access to US secrets.
Anything shared with the USA might aswell be sent to the kremlin too.

  25. Why the UK is sharing ANYTHING related to intelligence is beyond me

  26. To be clear, the Special Relationship is dead.

  27. Witkoff was at the Kremlin for a meeting with Putin when he was added to the chat. This isn’t a blunder, they know exactly what they’re doing.

  28. Do not Trust the present american administration. Anything you tell them, Putin is going to hear about it. America has been compromised.

  29. Or don’t share any intel at all. This administration is 100% compromised.

  30. This objectively makes the US less safe. There are limitations on what the US can do regarding US citizens that do not exist for foreign allies. Various Federal agencies use that data to make security decisions, including things like clearances and even the No-Fly List.

  31. This is what happens when you vote for untrained amateurs. And that’s the nicest way of putting it. These idiots are all morons following their cult leader into oblivion like the rats followed the pied piper. They haven’t got the first fucking clue about how to run a government.

  32. The instant the trump administration assumed the US government, the UK should have stopped sharing intelligence.

  33. The UK hasn’t had a “special” relationship with the US since Obama’s first term, which is probably a good thing seeing as Putin’s stooges are running the country.

  34. As should be. All countries should stop sharing intelligence with Russia via U.S.

  35. Its about time. We all need to assume any five-eyes intelligence will at least be treated with equal incompetence or at worst just handed to brother putin.

  36. There’s no effin way anyone should be sharing sensitive info with these bozos and that’s been very clear for a long time.

  37. People are just noticing this NOW, when Trump spent his entire first Reign of Error [blabbing sensitive information in public](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Trump%27s_disclosures_of_classified_information) and doing untold damage to national security by using his unsecured personal phone as (at least) [the Chinese and Russians listened in.](https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/24/us/politics/trump-phone-security.html)

But let’s focus on what’s REALLY important: Hillary’s emails!!!!

  38. The “special relationship” is now “special” because the people on the US side are all “special needs” morons.

  39. I think you can just assume everything is being passed over to Putin.

  40. Yeah someone else pointed this out. It’s not just oops, but if uk has intel on terror activities against America and now they don’t want to send it our way because if leaked could compromise their methods and sources then that makes America less safe. Fucking idiots. Just absolute idiots.

  41. 4-Eyes should have cut the US out the moment Trump’s administration took office. nothing shared with the US can be trusted to be kept secret.
