This was posted in /r/hamburg, and even though I knew the real estate market was nuts, I didn’t realise it was *quite* this nuts. And Hamburg wasn’t like Berlin, which was still fairly cheap a few years ago – while it was never Munich, it was never all that cheap to begin with.
