The LIAR Act should be enforced when a congress person shows gross incompetence either by the way of “never remembering anything”, especially events that happened very recently, or by allowing, protecting, participating, or defending gross incompetence in the security of the United States.
They should be removed from their position or barred from being apart of committees that deal with anything with national security or the like. At worst, they should be put on trial and imprisoned if they are found to be lying about their ineptitude to cover for their actions. “I do not recall” or similar verbiage indicates either the congress person is inept or lying and an investigation should determine if they should be removed from committees for ineptitude or on trial for lying.
Edit: Copy and paste this as you will. Get it out there. Make them aware we know they’re full of shit.
If you can’t remember this from a week or so ago you should be removed from your position, you are not able to perform the duties of the job
