    A) The reason why the validity of the diploma received from Istanbul University was not accepted is because Istanbul University, where he was transferred during those academic years, did not recognize the American Company University in Cyprus as equivalence. When İmamoğlu failed the university exams in Türkiye, he registered to the American private University in Cyprus that year. For this reason, he transferred from the company university in Cyprus to the State University in Türkiye.
    B) Istanbul's annual budget is 14 billion Euros and this amount was spent with corruption. İmamoğlu committed billions of Euros of corruption during his term as mayor and the tenders made by the Municipality were distributed to the gang members who were formed, thus obtaining personal financial benefits from the public budget. In fact, some fake tenders were opened and as if these tenders were made, the money taken from the budget was transferred to his personal account with the companies he established. İmamoğlu and the financial crime gang he founded transferred 14 billion Euros from the Municipality budget to personal accounts as a result of transactions made illegally. 16 people from the gang consisting of 100 people escaped abroad. They were seized with transfer documents and money hidden in special safes in some houses and banks. Billions of Euros were embezzled from the budget of Istanbul city through injustices, corruption and bribes. Other municipalities affiliated with Istanbul city were also involved in this corruption and income obtained from bribes. The corruption, extortion and bribery gang organized by Mayor İmamoğlu and his cat, exceeding 100 people, including İmamoğlu, were investigated and detained. As a result of the investigation, arrests including İmamoğlu began. C) İmamoğlu's terror crime was shown as the PKK terrorist organization members and militants working in the Municipality and thus, financing support for terror was provided. 168 telephone and physical visits were carried out with PKK terrorists by Western countries who were managed from the terrorist nest Kandil. In reality, the conflicts within the CHP Party came to light in this incident.
    It is obvious that this development has no relation with the government. In some cities, CHP congresses, 3 different CHP groups reported that money was distributed in the congresses so that their own candidates could win in the region and notified the prosecutor's office to investigate.
