  2. Not my area of expertise, but as I understand it the US can’t actually reconnect them to SWIFT without European cooperation that’s unlikely to be forthcoming.

  5. If Ukraine has no chance of getting back its own land I would poison it with all of the fuel from nuclear reactors. If they can’t have it then It should be made useless to Russia.
