I backed off because he was starting to make a bit nervous. Interested in opinions… I have the number plate and happy to report it to the police.

Either schnockered or fucking around on his phone…
Most likely…hopefully you called it in.
I wasn’t too sure at the start (living on the border you see mad driving like this all the time on backroads) but when the first car is coming down the other lane driving normally and not far over, he veers way off. Definitely drunk or under the influence
Signs along the way are clean, that warms me for what it’s worth.
Drunk, tired, or on his phone
Over the line at the start when you can see the lights coming through the trees gives me anxiety then when that car is passing they over correct into the verge

You could do, however at the time dialling 999 while behind them would have been the right idea.
I called 999 around Christmas for a van driver that was acting a bit suspicious (i thought drunk) on the M2 out of Belfast. Police joined at Rathbeg and pulled the van over.
I got updated, that they weren’t under the influence, but were just unsure of the road given the fact it was dark late evening. Police did appreciate the call though as if it had been drunk driving they’d order to respond to it before it ends up as a crash
Could be just tired. That’s an awful feeling when you actually drop off for a fraction of a second and then come awake thinking you’ve really been asleep.
He’s gonna need a liver transplant i reckon he ate a whack of spice gummies – DJ Tristy C, cookstown
Not paying attention when they should. Definitely worth a call to police. Stay safe.
Snitch
If in doubt, be a tout.
