This looks like it was made on a private lot, in which case there is no legal requirement that the parking parking warden observes the car for any longer than it takes them to write out a ticket.
Damnit. I was just in and out of T.Hansen. I would never have known if it hadn’t have rained today.
Didn’t see the signs.
I might try to talk to T.Hansen, Silvan annulled a ticket for me a few months back.
