My balls, Galicia on average, where I am there are times when it rains for a whole month and you’re telling me that the dry and flat parts are where it rains the most in Europe.
I don’t know about other parts of Europe, but in Spain, to say that it rains less in the north than in damn Murcia, I really don’t believe it, nor do I want to.
Where is this data from? What do they consider a day of rain? A literal 24 hours, or just it rained on 3 different days?
Because it’s rained on a lot more than 3 days where I live despite what this map is saying.
Wet as in drunk or bedwetters ?
I am already getting remarks about my tan, and it isn’t even april yet.
Viva les lowlands! And viva that yellow ball in the sky so clearly visible almost every day.
Thank you for your service PIGS, but we don’t need you anymore to get our dosis of sun. Sayonara!
Where i live, northern Milan, i heard the last 365 days were the most rainy since a century.
Its always raining and i never been more depressed after this fucking winter.
Meanwhile, in Lyon :
“- I don’t understand was it particularly rainy or particularly dry lately ?
– YES! Exactly !”
A few more days of this and netherlands will become a desert.
Proud to be a wet European!
Bergen suddenly being part of average must be quite the trip…
When living in NL & Brussels for 6 years I barely felt any lack of Vitamin D. Now that I’m back in Valencia, after these 2 months I was crawling.
It’s not the same to experience it in a place that you assume it’s gonna be shitty, than in a wonderful 300 days/year sunny land.
I hope you go back to your normal depressed antisocial behaviour, you fuckers.
Spain Is wet
It definitely rained more than 3 days here, probably about 20 days. Which is a lot less than normal. I think it just rained much less in terms of quantity.
So it’ll rain all summer instead then, great.
Seems like some kind of change is happening, isn’t it?
Ha ha. Fuck you very much.
This has been a public service announcement on behalf of the yellow bits on the west coast of Ireland.
PIGS are welcome to come and enjoy our weather, just try to stay away from balconies. That’s kind of our thing.
Glub glub
Man, two more weeks of cloudy and rainy days and I’ll start to adore marmite & beans on toast, not fair!
Come back when it’s 3 days of rain a year, Euros.
I wish, for now, wait until summer.
The climate got fed up with all the brits trying to escape the rain
Valencians be like
The med is so grey, miserable and damp. It’s why I holiday in Slough.
It can’t be that Bordeaux is dry
The landscape is looking amazing after all the rain
It’s been a long winter in Germany but hardly any snow, the summers gonna be horrible dry and super hot again. I’m glad I live by a river.
This map is inherently incorrect about the UK being a dry country.
3 days in two months? The last two weeks have been rainy though
And still the Grundwasserspiegel is fein.
Dude … there is no way I’m dry europe!
Record wet? What they getting up to in Spain? 🫦
This last month were something else. Finally, the Algarve has water
Can confirm it rained every day in march except this last week.
Yeah, we are not used to this. It has been very good to get some water reserves, but I believe I speak for the whole country when I say that enough is enough.
Today is sunny finally, and I can guarantee you every fkin Spain is going to take the streets this afternoon and weekend.
After all the litte barries said “Rain, rain go to Spain”, are you really surprised?
It’s so strange to see an average amount of rain for Ireland when it feels like living in sodding blade runner most of the time 😅
