My sister asked how South American police were able to set up prisons and get all the cops needed for this so quickly. Mind you she’s not a young doe eyed person. She’s middle-aged and works for the state.
The amount of people that don’t realize that this is the way many South American prisons have been for a while now is astonishing. When the world talks about how Americans live in a bubble it is so true. We don’t even pay attention to what’s really going on just to the south of us
They have a special tattooed cell for photo ops. It’s a factory farm for humans.

One picture has prisoners of war and the other has thugs that murdered women and children because they were related to a police officer. These photos are NOT the same.
