Slovakia’s consumer confidence indicator rose slightly to -21.1 in March 2025 from -23.5 in February, marking its first improvement since July 2024.
Sentiment improved regarding the general economic outlook (-35.0 vs. -41.0 in February) and the overall financial situation of households (-12.0 vs. -13.1).
Additionally, concerns about future unemployment eased (16.0 vs. 20.5).
However, consumer confidence in savings weakened (-21.3 vs. -19.5).
