Retail trade turnover in food products fell by 4.2 %. Retail trade in non-food products (except for retail sale of automotive fuel) decreased by 0.1 %, but retail sale of automotive fuel continued to increase with a rise of 4.4 % in February, compared to February 2024.

Compared to January, the total turnover of retail trade in February 2025 fell by 1.0 %, according to seasonally adjusted data at constant prices. Turnover of retail trade in food products fell by 1.1 %. Retail trade in non-food products (except for retail sale of automotive fuel) reduced by 1.8 %, but turnover of retail sale of automotive fuel – increased by 1.6 %.
