Poland may reinstate mandatory military service amid growing Russian threat

1. If they do it, they should at least make it gender-neutral. Women are supposed to be equal to men in modern society.

2. The whole region better gear up. I can see Trump backing the Russians. American weapons and info is flowing to Russia soon if its not already.

3. Question was also raised in France by Macron who really wanted to re-establish some kind of service time, more or less military, balanced with some kind of education(s).
   It cost money.

   Usually Young ones don’t like the idea at all while older generation realize it could be good to “reconnect” people from different social environment etc…

4. Imagine the cost of this, and it’s only because the war in Ukraine is still going on. Perhaps we should have given Ukraine all they needed to finish the war from the beginning, it would have been so much cheaper. But here we are, now we need to spend 4-5-6-7% GDP rearming and preparing to fight Russia on our own territories.
