  1. I loved her tapes and later CDs when I was very young, my mother and I would listen to them together, and Stewie’s reaction to them always made me a tiny bit sentimental.

  2. It really is incredible how many songs and bits I’ve been introduced to because of family guy.

I’ll be randomly singing Snow Bird or Shapoopi and be like wait that’s from something??

  3. When my friends and I were teenagers (14-16 age range) we would listen to Anne Murray in late 80s before going out to find booze and drink. Those are confusing memories lol.

  4. Anne Murray is a distant cousin on my dad’s maternal grandmothers side. And i remember listening to her Christmas cassette tape growing up.

  5. Correct. I love Anne Murray music, and it started with Family Guy

  6. Yes she is or was a song bird representing Canada. May not be your style of music but if you stop and listen you can appreciate her
Voice and talent. Does not mean your weird

  7. I used to make a joke on AOL’s Canadian chat rooms that Anne Murray was Canadian hard rock. Also that she was PM at one point and invoked the War Measures Act.

  8. My Anne Murray Christmas record, “Christmas Wishes” was my favourite when I was a little kid.
