    I had thought about recoil issues it might have to face, thought the same gun with blank cartilage in opposite directions , fired in same time would cancel recoil…

    But glad to see, people have figured it out .

16. After both world wars there was a big increase in commercial aviation because of the advances in technology and legions of experienced pilots. After Vietnam, there were suddenly a lot of experienced helicopter pilots and they started using helicopters for shit like cattle ranching. You have to wonder what all these drone pilots will do after the war.

23. I wonder if you could automate this type of drone. So they fly out and land in an area where enemy drones are likely to pass over, then sit there conserving power and looking up with visual or radar/lidar sensors. The moment something passes above them they launch fast, home in to the required range then start blasting. Even if they were not so effective and missed most of the time, you could lay hundreds of them out in the grey zone, just watching and waiting. Or remotely activate them when you need to pilot one manually.
