Not trying to polarise or to present a thought about masks being right or wrong…however, shouldn’t the police be the ones ‘actually’ following the rules? I am interested what your take is:)

  1. So. Well. A few things. One is that nobody really enforces that rule and it seems to me that there is a general silent agreement that its a bs rule. Anither one is, most people “comply” by wearing them under the nose or wear weeks old respirators. At that point its useless to even bother.

  2. If im not mistaken its no longer mandatory unless you’re in hospital or public transport.

  3. Relax buddy, sometimes people need to take a fresh breath. I am sure they wear they masks when they need to. It seems they are not in a crowd.

  4. Why do you think they Are mandatory only in public transport.

Fuck the poor, free the rich And institutions of state violence.

  5. I don’t expect rule following from those who try to extort money (“let’s go to the atm”) from someone who didn’t properly punch their ticket on a tram at 2am. Police play by their own rules

  6. Masks are only required inside the public transport and at the doctors office. I don’t see either.

  7. They should but not all of them do. I’ve seen many policemen with the mask under the nose or even without the mask.

Look around you, some ~~fucktards~~ people refused to wear the mask even when it was mandatory. Not in hospitals, not in public transport, nowhere. Sadly, I haven’t seen anyone of them being told to leave the premises.

  8. I’m not sure it’s mandatory in those spaces. You have to wear them inside the metro. I spend like 10h a week in it so I should know.

  9. Offtopic, but is it just me, or is there a lot of policemen around Prague in the past few days?

I travel to Smíchovské nádraží and Anděl daily and there are always some.

  10. I can give you my opinion on people who creepshot pics of other people: they should go fuck themselves with a rusty mace.

That being said, there is mandate for wearing masks on the platform, only the train itself. Personally I wear them anyways.

  11. Well, this post goes to show the greatest problem with all the COVID-19 preventive measures… There have been so many changes happening so often that it’s become practically impossible to keep track of them. I can’t even blame OP, even though they could have noticed this by looking around a bit.

  12. As others have said, it’s probably OK here, they’re keeping distance and there should be a strong airflow. (And it’s at least comparable to a supermarket, where you’re also allowed to go maskless if you want.)

The other day I saw a policewoman on a packed metro, wearing the mask down on her chin. Just pathetic.

  13. They are on the platform, not train. And far away from other people. Also they have badge and guns, you don’t, so shut up and move on.

  14. Just wanted to contribute to this topic. Im actually still wearing my mask when indoors (excluding only when there is a lesson in progress in classroom). Will quizt wearing it at end of april. Otherwise, i will have “japanese” approach to mask, when i will have cold or any other respiratory disease, i will wear it. Maybe even, when there is sudden drop in tempature and generaly more diseases about, like at end of summer
