I’m sure she regrets her husband passing away but she’s probably trying to cover her arse as well. She was his next of kin and ultimately the only person who could allow him to discharge against medical advice. He was clearly hypoxic and lacked capacity to make that decision. The others could shout and cause a scene all they wanted but she was the NOK and therefore made the final (fatal) call.
Sad for her that she’s since changed her mind but she should face some responsibly/ consequences for what she did. They seemed to have been running in certain circles well before covid.
Could she be charged with something like manslaughter?

I am preaching to the choir here but, you can be severely hypoxic ( very low oxygen) with covid and not “feel” it. Doesnt happen all the time, it depends how your body reacts. Some people feel severely short of breath some do not. It gives one a false sense of how sick they are. The first thing you get with a “severe” covid infection is lung damage and low oxygen either way . I see people leaving against medical advice all the time usually druggies. But It is the individuals responsibility. Good luck trying to blame someone else for that.
