  1. Well you are a citizen and university education is free here

  2. Since you have citizenship you will be paid to study, it is not sufficient for total daily expences without student loan but most of it.

    Only way for you to enter is likely to go through some kind of entrance exam that you have to pass.

I’m not sure if this is relevant or even possible, but if you are 18-28 years old and have citizenship I think you could try to apply for Finnish military service as a fighter/helicopter mechanic.   6. There isn’t exactly aircraft engineering studies available at university level in Finland.

    But, if you go to university, mandatory fees are membership fee of student union and healthcare fee.

    Aalto university student union membership is 65€/year (it varies by university/student union) and the healthcare fee is 35€/year (same everywhere).
