This might be a good thing, but based on that article it’s unclear why or how they have been brought in-house. I would be surprised if it had anything to do with the disparity beteen terms and conditions.
Outsourcing in the NHS hasn’t worked, the only thing it has done is syphon tax payer’s money into private pockets.
