Dmitry Medvedev, a close ally of Vladimir Putin, has issued a chilling threat against Western leaders, including UK Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer, suggesting they may require “nuclear neuroleptics” for their Russophobic tendencies.

In a bizarre Telegram rant, Medvedev accused Starmer and other European politicians like French President Emmanuel Macron of suffering from “Russomania,” a mental condition marked by alternating phases of aggressive mania and depressive self-harm.

He said: “Treatment is symptomatic. Traditional medications are usually ineffective. The best therapeutic effect was observed during the combined use of strong sedatives such as ‘Caliber’, ‘Onyx’, ‘Iskander’ and the powerful multicomponent tranquilizer ‘Oreshnik’. In particularly serious cases, nuclear neuroleptics such as ‘Yars’ and ‘Sarmat’ can be used.

“Examples of patients in the manic stage are patients Macron, Starmer, Stubb and a number of other European politicians.”
