Could someone help me understand what’s on the church record?

I have to do a family tree research and I found a lady, who is my 3×greatgrandmother, who is from Latvia. Her name was Anne Punkstiņ and now I think I found her birth record, because there was no other Punkstiņ written down that year. Problem is, I can't understand what's on there. If anyone can understand what's on there, I'm very thankful.
