Erling Haaland will be sidelined for several weeks following an ankle injury with Manchester City, which may even force him out of a World Cup Qualifying fixture against Italy in June, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Haaland sustained an ankle injury during a FA Cup match against Bournemouth on Sunday and was seen leaving the stadium on crutches.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Haaland will undergo further medical tests in the coming days, but Manchester City reportedly hope to see him return to action between the last Premier League game of the season on May 25 and the beginning of the Club World Cup on June 14.
Luciano Spalletti’s men were put in Group I following a Nations League quarter-final defeat against Germany last week.
