That’s interesting. I know that there have been LGBT head of governments (prime minister or chancellor, etc) before but I can’t think of a head of state. But I’ve never done any research on this topic before, so I could be wrong.

This is a ridiculous claim, especially since San Marino is in a country that had the Roman Empire in it, which itself looked to Ancient Greece, a civilisation that thought highly of homosexual love.
