    John Bolton sharply criticized Steve Witkoff, President Donald Trump’s special envoy who has been dealing with Russia in talks to end its war on Ukraine, calling him a “propaganda vehicle” for Russian President Vladimir Putin.

    “Witkoff knows nothing,” Bolton, a U.S. National Security Adviser to Trump in his first administration, told Sky News on Tuesday morning.
