  3. Offshore wind for the US is pretty well dead as long as Trump runs the show. Onshore wind may grow in a few places but it’s very unpopular with locals when it comes to siting. Other renewables are less problematic. Trump is trying to promote coal again. That won’t work because it’s no longer competitive.
