  1. I just left a message with his office to say Thank You, and donated to him via ActBlue. Also left a voicemail for my senators, McCormick and Fetterman to ask them to please support Senator Booker.

  2. He follows me(and half the country) on Twitter. I just know his phones blowing up with support right now.

  3. He’s been at the top of my list for Presidential candidates for years. His compassion for people and his deep understanding of a broad range of issues would make him an excellent POTUS.

  16. There’s no excuse for every senator not to be doing this. We have 45 senators. If 2/3 of them did it, thats 6 straight weeks of filibuster and before a repeat If each only made it 24 hours.

  19. Cory Booker is incredible, what a man. He’s now been standing up to Trump for 16 hours, 20 minutes, which is unbelievable, with that antiTrump speech.

    I wouldn’t be able to stand up more than 15 minutes and talk about Trump, I would feel sick to my stomach. loll

    Because if no one joins him/helps out, then this may just be another performative stunt for our benefit, but will have no lasting effect. 🙁

  23. Longest record is Strom Thurmond who went 24 hours and 18 min AGAINST the civil rights act.

    He was 55 at the time.

    Booker is also 55.
