She doesn’t mind as long she’s still riding the mortgage advisor.
You never know what’s going on behind closed doors. The affair probably slowed things down in fairness.

There’s an ad on the TV at the moment for one (think it might be AIB not sure) where the couple are jumping around with delight at getting an “Approval In Principle” message on the website – still burst my hole laughing every time it comes on 😂 If only it was that easy.
The smile at the end from the mortgage advisor is the satisfied look of a man who has helped a young couple on their journey to a new home while having all the adultery his little heart could take.

“Permanent support” I love this. My wife and I got our mortgage with ptsb, during the crash we had difficulty paying our mortgage. ( imagine that, during the worst recession in Irish history) we got back on track eventually after 5yrs but we had arrears of 5k.
No with their “permanent support” we deal with Start Mortgages a vulture fund. EVERY STEP OF THE WAY
The 72 part is hours is funny, we had an application with them since January but it took them so long to review it, that they asked for up to date payslips and bank statements, so they got all pissy with us because they didn’t have up to date documents even do we submitted everything correctly and on time.
