We’re getting a substantial refund this year because we overcompensated after owing money to the IRS the previous year because of a mistake I made on the withholding. I’m just waiting for the IRS to be like “we can’t find your money” or some other BS holding our refund up.
Probably won’t happen, but I wouldn’t put it past our grifters in chief.
