1. My experience in the financial industry is that my Swiss colleagues remain unclear as to ultimate ownership, or at least extremely hesitant / resistant about disclosing such (‘pulling teeth’).

   Any investments held by a Swiss entity are suspect.

2. You now you are a rotten dictatorship when even Switzerland takes issue with (some of) your dirty money.
