Hello everyone,
I ordered multiple stuff from AliExpress over the last few months. This time I have a package stuck in their Warehouse for just over 1 week.
I called them a couple of times and they notified me about the Disruptions and potential delays for external EU Packages.
What is weird is that at I got another shipment that wasn't consolidated with the bigger one but they arrived to Finland together. The smaller one was released normally but this one you can see is stuck
You can see in the photo it says I need to declare it because there's no information. But when I try to do it via Tulli/Customs it says there's no Consignee number.
So far Posti Customer service is saying just wait for it. But I feel like something is missing here and otherwise it won't get released
I tried contacting AliExpress also
If anyone experienced something similar and was able to solve it please let me know

Not an expert but I think it got released already. Otherwise it would be held at the airport which is the customs post. It got through to Posti’s main sorting facility in Vantaa, where it might be delayed or even lost.
I had this happen. Apparently it’s due to incorrect paperwork from aliexpress. If the tracking number has SP in front then you won’t be able to clear it yourself since it needs to be done by the seller.
I just chatted with posti to get a written confirmation that it is the sellers fault and I submitted it to aliexpress to get a refund. You won’t be able to get this package.
