  1. Maybe they’re showing that they have got a stick, and they will use it.
    The extra “wiggle room” for the CO2 standards is more interesting in this article.
    Given that EVs are now a clearly and cleanly better approach, I’ll be expecting the fleets to do much better in the coming year.
