Like the kid in school who’d lend you a pencil if you agreed to be his friend
Sure, it is ‘free’, nobody paid for it 🙂
Damn this awesome, I wish this was available when I was 18. Seems like a lot of fun.
What a random initiave. Distributing these based on a quiz results lmao
Incredible initiative! Lucky whoever gets this opportunity to explore Europe.
FUCK can i age back 3 years
Money well spent. Let the youth bear the flame of experiences.
A great initiative!
Everyone needs to start spending more on our youth who are already slammed with the highest cost of living in living memory, impossibly high property prices and ridiculously low paying jobs.
Well done, I guess, but how about us, still young 34-years old?
Thanks to this project. I had a chance to travel Germany, netherland, belgium, france and switzerland…
I saw The Freedom of Everything in aspects of live…and European Youth….
(as an Turkish, I’m hoping that one day my country’s youth can live like european Youth….
We’ve done interrail twice. It’s been one of the most important experiences of my life.
I’ll never forget, sitting on the tram in Praha, seeing just fairly standard run down inner city apartments, and people were just going about their business. *Just like anywhere else*.
Growing up in a house where The Czech Republic was seen as a 3rd world country, immigrants should know their place and common garden variety racism was common, this was a revelation. **They’re just like me**
My whole world view changed that day.
My Erasmus has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Great on EU, those young people are gonna have lots of fun and learn so much.
Is it an Interrail Pass? If so, i wouldn’t say it’s too costly, unless they get a 3 month pass. Then i’d be super jealous.
Wish i could get the chance do this. But it does look cool nonetheless!
I envy them but I wish them good travels! I wish this was around when I was 18. This is a fantastic opportunity for young people to explore our great continent.
Damn, I was born on 6 June of 2006😭 I want to be a month younger
As one of the people who received these passes, I’ve gotra say I feel incredibly lucky, and really can’t wait to explore the beauty of Germany and the nordic countries thanks to the pass!
I did 2 months of interrail and it was a blast. Seeing how beautiful and welcoming Eastern Europe is, when your Cold War parents mostly had negative things to say was truely eye opening. I did one month with friends and one alone and honestly the one alone was the most fun. Got out of my comfort zone and met so many other fun young Europeans who I still have contact with 7 years later.
If your young DO IT, you won’t regret it.
Thanks! Sent that to my little sister. Hopefully, she can use it! Sad we didn’t have it back then.
