14. Fake news title. It's not an "anti-diversity" policy. It's an anti-discrimination law signed by a liberal US president and passed by a liberal-controlled US Congress in 1964. DEI affirmatively promotes discrimination against people with skin color (includinf white skin) or discrimination based on gender quotas. That's illegal, and the US Supreme Court has said so.

22. DEI programs in the USA are illegal. Therefore, any company either American or foreign that make business in the USA cannot have DEI programs in place. Positive discrimination is privilege. Therefore, it will be discriminating against someone else. At least in the USA. American companies operating in France and the EU should continue complying with local laws even if it means hiring incompetent people as long as it comply with their DEI laws.
