This is the work of a stable genius. He knows all the best words and has all the best ideas.
Rather than liberated, im feeling quite underlubricated.
But my community college economics instructor assured me that economics is a “hard” science, just like physics, and that economists are proper scientists and totally not court jesters for rich people.
Let’s not forget he also used a sharpie to control a hurricane.
> I ~~love~~ prey on the poorly educated.
This is actually a pretty good analogy.
This muppet and his administration keep find new and inventive way to be horrible insane pieces of shit.
Can’t wait to see what next thing he’ll advise on that’ll hurt his people more. The “United” States, isn’t united anymore and should probably take that into consideration, seeing how split they are.
I almost feel like this is worse because no one was actually going to implement that very stupid thing he said and kill people. Yet now, Trump will implement the tariffs and trigger a recession. We’re already in the negative in Q1.
I love the folks who say, “it wasn’t ‘bleach,’ it was just ‘disinfectant’!”
Economists have been continually pointing out how objectively stupid trump’s tariff obsession has been the entire time. There isn’t *any* good economic argument for these tariffs; the only thing it will accomplish is destabilizing and worsening economic conditions.
If trump really is stupid and obstinate enough to keep these tariffs, we *will* fall into a recession — in the best case scenario. With economic recession comes increased federal spending, combined with yet another tax break for the wealthy will result in the highest deficit spending in history. That will in turn weaken the dollar while foreign trade & investment plummet due to the aforementioned tariffs and worsened trade relations due to trump’s economic belligerance.
It’s actually insane to me that so many Americans still seem to believe in American economic invincibility. Especially with how unstable the US economy has been for 90+% of us since, well, ever.

Yeah, but those penguins who live on those otherwise uninhabited islands that Trump slapped tariffs on are really going to feel to pain!
Just wait will Wall Street begins trading again to see how bad trumps fucked it
The problem is, he never said “inject bleach.”
