  1. I’d love to see more detail on this.

    It sounds unbelievable.

  2. You’d have to be extremely gullible to believe this.

  3. Seriously. Did he microwave his baby after being injected with marajaua.

  4. Yeah Cathal, I have a feeling this young lad may just not want to admit that they relapsed.

  5. “when someone is treated for drug addiction they remove themselves from the sales market. A client is gone, a sales base is gone”.

The drug dealing business model is so fragile it’s a wonder how they can continue operating.

  6. This sounds like something you nan told you when you were 11 about hanging out with “bold boys”

  7. “A teenager who had been weaned off drugs through treatment for his addition”

    How’s his subtraction?

  8. I’ll take things that didn’t happen for $100 Alex🤣

  9. Why would a gang go out of their way to forcibly inject someone, would it not be easier to just rob the person and then keep the drugs 😆 also great business model, they’ll defo be back soon to buy more 😆😆😆

  10. And then Bruce Springsteen paid for his dinner when Bono was in the toilet.

  11. Fianna Fáil TD Cathal Crowe is very likely making shit up, or at the very least hyperbole.

  12. I have heard this happening to victims of sex trafficking and street dealers so I feel like there is something being left out of this story….

  13. Just like my uncle that used to slip and fall into pubs all the time

  14. This is the same guy who told his parents someone dropped exctasy in his drink and to this day we live in hope while parents live in fear and warn us every time….

Few of my mates had several drinks around the place completely unattended and nothing…

  15. I was walking home one evening when a load of older lads with joints made me smoke it and then gave me some to take home with a lighter and some papers.

  16. I knew Cathal Crowe before he became a TD. I’ve no contact with him now, but back then, he wasn’t the sharpest tool in the box

  17. Does this happen? Wtf?

And…how does a teenager afford drügs in the first place?

  18. I don’t want to buy from you. Here have some free drugs so….

  19. Oh what a load of crap. Politicians always make grandiose claims like this to stir up a discussion.

  20. Whether it’s true or not, there’s not enough being done to tackle the drug problem or anti social behaviour among kids especially stopping them being drug mules for gangs & now these kids are carrying weapons.

  21. So that guy who came into school to give us a talk on drugs in first year was right?

  22. Ye, definitely one of those “Press X to Doubt” stories

  23. I’d like to see a source on that. It doesn’t sound very believable.

    > Sinn Féin’s Martin Kenny expressed concern about perceived inappropriate uses of youth diversion programmes in serious criminal cases.

    > The Sligo-Leitrim TD highlighted an incident in his constituency where a young girl was seriously sexually assaulted and “a number of young men who were juveniles at the time were clearly identified” for that assault.

    > But “they were diverted into the youth diversion programme”, which he said was extremely upsetting for that girl and her family.

Unfortunately, I do believe this from the same article.

  24. I accidentally fell into the pub and had 13 pints. The barman just kept pouring them down my throat. I couldn’t do anything.

  25. It sounds kind of mental but I did work with drug users for a while and one did disclose that when they finally paid back the last bit of money they owed (after the very hard work of getting clean) the dealer took out their drug of choice, told them to hold it, did it in front of them and said a lot of things like ‘bet you miss this, you’d love some right now wouldnt you’ and did it in front of them. I didn’t have the heart to ask how they responded but I think I know. Some dealers are pure evil.

  26. I know first hand from a very good mate who is sober from a serious coke addiction that after he was clean and back home from rehab his old dealers and “friends” he used to buy off used to throw bags I to his garden fro him to find, or wait till his parents went out to work and be calling in the letter box that they had free coke for him to come “back out on the session again”. Took them months to stop and serious will power from him and his family to keep him on the straight and narrow when he was at his most vulnerable. He is 15 years clean this year so it worked out for him but they tried hard to get him buying again

  27. I know that drug dealers will pop drugs on tick in your letter box if they hear you are in recovery…this has an extra bit of riz though
