I don’t condone violence so I don’t believe anyone should physically harm these people but following them around quietly in public and making lots of eye contact seems like a fun way to make these clowns uncomfortable. Imagine Raphael walking around Walgreens trying to pick up a script and everyone just silently staring at him. Maybe if they are made to feel uncomfortable enough they will want to do better.
