  1. He may get his wish but gas prices are still higher where I live. Energy prices will usually go down during a recession.

  2. Have you considered that he will just claim energy prices are lower no matter what? Because he has already done that *today.*

  3. In the end prices of energy might go down, but you will be out of job to pay for it.

  4. He meant slashing the stock prices of energy companies so you could buy in.

  5. Gas prices up. Of course in California it’s rigged to soak the consumer for every cent possible anyway
