The problem is voters in this country have extremely short memories. In all likelihood, Comrade Trump will continue his destruction of America but what’s happening today, will be long forgotten a year from now.
And if the SE wasn’t being hammered so badly we could add several more million to protests.
One day of protests are not going to cut it
These are all Democrat cities other than the one apparently mislabeled “Idaho”. When the rural population in the red states starts protesting, they may actually show some interest.
I mean… yeah, love it. Don’t get me wrong. But where the fuck were they last November?
I’m beginning to believe that we, in this country, are just creating problems, on purpose, both imaginary and real world, because we enjoy fighting and bitching about things more than actually doing anything real and positive. Both sides.
If Trump had any one of these crowds show up to support him he wouldn’t stop bragging about it.
I wonder how many voted for drumpf; I bet lots did & they are just angry.

Were there protests in Boca or West Palm?
Those are largely in Democratic strongholds, so the republicans in Congress still aren’t going to care, unfortunately.
We even had them here in my small town in Florida. Gives me hope that my red town is waking up to the chaos.

I know not all of these are blue areas. With that said, why would republican politicians care about these protests that happen in blue states and counties? Wouldn’t they need to see crowds like these in more red areas?

I had a conservative tell me that the left only promotes violent protests and their demonstrations always result in death and destructions. All I had to do was wait and the next ones will be violent. I asked him what was going to change between these and future protests to make them violent?
Without a hint of self awareness “As soon as the cops get called in, the violence will start”.
If only they actually voted…

In the Trump protests in 2016 after he won Portland/Oregon journalists compared arrest record of protests with public voting records. There were so many people that weren’t even registered to vote.
We wouldn’t be on the streets NOW if everyone showed up like this in November.
