Priti Patel accepts £100,000 donation from firm run by oil trader

  1. minister, Priti Patel, was part of a team of spin doctors paid hundreds of thousands of pounds to help a tobacco giant counter negative publicity, including that surrounding its joint venture with one of the world’s most brutal military regimes.

  2. I mean, she probably earned more pushing cancer sticks for the Tobacco industry, girls got a family to keep in the manner they are accustomed, bit of oil money will grease a few palm’s.

    This is the problem. The corruption is systematic as this process is completely acceptable by them.

  4. What is the story here? As far as I am aware it is legal to donate to political parties, and it is certainly legal to sell oil, there are garages all over the the UK doing it.
