I say this a person that can’t support RBB’s politics at all, but you never want to see someone get such a diagnosis. Hope he recovers well.

I understand most people don’t like People Before Profit, but Richard Boyd Barrett is one of the only TDs in the Dail who stand up for the working class and call out things like our shocking public transport system.
He’ll be badly missed, and I hope he’s back to full health soon.

I deeply dislike the man’s approach to politics but I sincerely wish him the very best in getting through this and I really hope he gets out the other end in short order and in good health. Terrible news too for his friends and family.

Wouldn’t agree with his politics, but certainly agree with his right to represent his views, which at least are principled and held in good faith. Hope he recovers soon, a very difficult thing for him to go through no doubt.
