It was a lovely day for a long walk today. Spent a couple of hours bimbling around the Teign Estuary and environs enjoying the azure skies and the wildlife. Lovely.
Is anyone else concerned by how much Scotland looks like it’s falling to bits without the cloud cover disguising the cracks?
Yes, with a horrible easterly wind. Its freezing in it.
What a contrast to this image taken Jan 2010. I flew back from the USA to LHR that day and whilst speaking to the captain as we waited for the gate to arrive he said he took on an extra 10 tons of fuel just in case we needed to divert to Paris.
