1. Imagine getting to 95 and thinking every night “are these my ultimate pyjamas?” and still having 20 years in the bag.

2. Worlds? You mean in the UK, try Adia, the Orient, or Africa for a second opinion. Any way happy birthday to her.

3. Just reading the title, I thought that was a weird way of announcing that the oldest person in the world had died. (Story’s actually a little different)

4. She’s probably seen some shit. I hope she’s had a lot of happiness as well.

5. Reminds me of something.

   Apparently a guy in East Sussex got hit by a car recently and died. The guy was 105 and on a mobility scooter and was hit by an 80 something year old lady.

6. Outlived her daughters, and it looks like the younger one was 83/84 when she passed 5 years ago.

7. To have seen so much change, and not all of it good. If she still has the marbles I wonder what she thinks of the world now.

   In 1910 the population of the globe was 1.75 Billion and over 8 billion now. Born in 1910, her life expectancy was around 50 years…. Born in an era of horse and carriage… from the Wright Brothers to Global Networks.

   Unbelievable.

   And I hope someone has documented her personal experience, if she can still recall.
